FAMILY DISPUTE SETTLED BY LADY ANN (Sept.16, 2008)

Vice Governor Nur-Ana Sahidulla together with PNP Sr. Supt. Ajirim Kasim and 2Lt. Louie V. Borja of Philippine Marines witnessed the signing of the Amicable Settlement and reconciliation at Mampallam 3 Gamut, Indanan, Sulu. The two warring parties namely Akmalol Totoh, Boy Yashier Isirael & Jabar Isirael and against Murasid Jainuddin.  All residents of Barangay Manggis, Indanan.

The feud rooted last 2007 Barangay Elections that later fuelled by a shooting incident perpetrated by Akmalol, Boy and Jabar against Murasid.

The parties have agreed to settle their disputes in the spirit of Islamic forgiveness in the Holy month of Ramadan through the kind mediation of honourable Vice Governor.

She provided the settlement incentives for the sake of peace and harmony in the community.
