A NIGHT WITH COALITION YOUTH CLAN ORG. (Oct.11, 2008)

Lady Ann attended the Coalition Youth Clan Organization’s performance Night in connection to the Eidl Fitr celebration at Jolo Municipal Stage.  CYCO is a coalition of twenty four youth organizations in Sulu which is headed by Mr. Dondon Jajurie. 

Lady Ann, in her speech congratulates the officers and members of the organization for demonstrating such leadership. She added that the suppression of one’s evil desire and the purification in the hearts from evil thoughts should not go along with the ending of Ramadan. 

Like a mother to the crowd, Lady Ann advised the youth sectors to struggle against illegal drugs and juvenile problems.  Instead, the youth must develop unity, patience, love and devotion. 

The show presentation of different clans delighted Lady Ann because it relates to the cultural and social awareness of the tausug youths. Lady Ann enthuse the crowd by singing famous foreign and tausug songs with the L.A. Band and Dancers.
