L.A. WELCOMES MADAM MARGARITA COJUANGCO (Nov.26 ,2008)

The Honorable Vice Governor Lady Ann Sahidulla, Mayor Hussin U. Amin of Municipality of Jolo, Mayor Hji. Ahmad Omar of the Municipality of Panglima Omar, MGen. Juancho Sabban of Task Force Comet, Hja. Anang Abdurajak and the Sulu PNP warmly welcomed the arrival at the Jolo Airport of Honorable Margarita R. Cojuangco, President of the Philippine Public Safety College to attend the Induction of Officers of Public Safety Junior Leadership Course, RTS9 Class Nr. 2008-02 as Guest of Honor.

Also with Madam Cojuangco is the Regional Training Director of RTS9 Police Superintendent John Roderick Morales and the Director of Philippine Public Safety College Gen. Benjamin Belamido.

 The group then proceeded to the PNP Headquarters at Camp Asturias, Jolo, Sulu where the induction is being held.  Col. Hajirim Kasim- Sulu PNP Provincial Director cordially received the guests.

PSJLC 08-02 Class President S/T Majindi Arala Haling expressed his gratitude to Madam Cojuangco and other guests in accepting and gracing the occasion.  Class officers gave “Habul Tiyahi-an” to the guest of honor as a token of appreciation.

Vice Governor in her part entertained the crowd by gracefully dancing “Pangalay” whom she was joined by Police Officer Abdurahim. The crowd really loved the art performance.

After the occasion, Vice Governor Sahidulla and MGen. Sabban toured Madam Cojuangco and her group to Municipality of Patikul and enjoy the natural beauty of the beach and the sites.
